How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders.’ Select the order and click ‘Return Item.’ Alternatively, contact our customer support team at support@smartaircoolers.com or call 1-800-555-ACCOOL. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for qualifying returns.
